Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Services that have been substantially delivered or fully consumed may not be eligible for a refund.
- Custom or one-time consulting work may be non-refundable once started, as outlined in your agreement.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email contact@imasscommerce.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within five business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party fees already paid on your behalf.
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
